How do I find my size?

Check the size guide on each product page. Our apparel (cotton pants, shirts, polos, belts) is designed for a classic fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, email support@garderobe.us and we'll help you choose.

Where is my order / how do I track it?

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. See the Shipping Policy for processing and transit times. If your tracking isn't updating, email us with your order number.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags. Customers are generally responsible for return shipping. Full details are in the Refund & Return Policy.

How do I start a return or exchange?

Email support@garderobe.us with your order number and the item(s) involved. We'll send return instructions and the return address.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal through our secure checkout. All prices are in USD.

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship within the United States only.

My item arrived damaged or I got the wrong item—what now?
