Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love what you wear. If something isn't right, we're here to help. Please review the policy below before starting a return.


1. Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of the delivery date. Requests made after 15 days from delivery cannot be accepted.


2. Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unwashed, with no signs of wear, odor, stains, or damage;
  • In their original condition with all tags still attached;
  • Returned in or with their original packaging where applicable.

We reserve the right to decline a return or charge a restocking fee if items arrive worn, washed, damaged, or missing tags. No restocking fee applies to eligible returns.


3. How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@garderobe.us within 15 days of delivery with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.
  2. We'll reply (within 24 hours, 7 days a week) with return instructions and the return address.
  3. Pack the item securely with tags attached and ship it back using the instructions provided.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first—returns received without prior authorization may be delayed or refused.


4. Return Shipping Costs

In most cases, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot process a refund for items we do not receive. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except where a return results from our error (see Section 7).

We provide a prepaid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refund.


5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer. We refund the price of the returned item(s); original shipping costs and return shipping costs are generally non-refundable.


6. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the size or item you want is to return the original item for a refund and place a new order. If you'd prefer a direct exchange (subject to availability), email support@garderobe.us with your order number and the item/size you'd like instead. we cover shipping on the replacement.


7. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong product, contact support@garderobe.us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We'll make it right at no cost to you—through a replacement or full refund, including any return shipping we ask you to cover. In these cases, return shipping is on us.


8. Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Final sale or clearance items (clearly marked as such at purchase);
  • Gift cards;
  • Items returned without original tags, or that are worn, washed, or damaged by the customer;
  • and, for hygiene reasons, innerwear

9. Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, email support@garderobe.us as soon as possible. We process orders quickly, so we cannot guarantee a cancellation once an order has entered fulfillment. If the order has already shipped, the standard return process applies.
