Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Garderobe. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.


1. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a shipping notification with tracking once it leaves our facility.

During high-volume periods (such as sales or holidays), processing may take slightly longer. We'll keep you posted if there's a delay.


2. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (including U.S. territories and APO/FPO addresses).

International shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping outside the United States.


3. Shipping Methods, Carriers, and Transit Times

We ship via USPS or UPS. Estimated transit times after processing:

Expedited (if offered) 2–3 business days calculated at checkout

Transit times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery dates may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors outside our control.


4. Shipping Costs and Free Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and selected method. Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders over $59.

Any applicable taxes are calculated separately at checkout.


5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it. If your tracking link isn't working, email support@garderobe.us.


6. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

  • Delayed: If your package is significantly delayed beyond the estimated transit time, contact support@garderobe.us and we'll help investigate with the carrier.
  • Lost in transit: If tracking shows your package did not arrive, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to locate it or arrange a resolution.
  • Marked delivered but not received / stolen: If tracking shows delivery but you can't find your package, please check with neighbors and your household, then contact us. Garderobe is not responsible for packages marked delivered by the carrier; contact us and we'll help file a carrier claim.

We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout—please double-check your address before completing your order.


7. Address Changes

If you need to change your shipping address, email support@garderobe.us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has entered fulfillment or shipped.
