Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of garderobe.us (the "Site") and any purchases you make from Garderobe Clothing LLC ("Garderobe," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and able to form a binding contract to purchase from the Site. By placing an order, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

2. Account Information

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Notify us at support@garderobe.us if you suspect unauthorized use.

3. Products

We sell men's apparel and accessories (such as cotton pants, shirts, polos, and belts). We make reasonable efforts to display product colors, descriptions, and details accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, imagery, sizing, or other content are error-free, complete, or current. Colors may vary by display. Products are subject to availability and may be discontinued at any time.

4. Orders, Pricing, and Errors

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
  • Your order is an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, limit quantities, or cancel an order at any time, including after an order confirmation is sent.
  • Despite our efforts, products may occasionally be mispriced or contain typographical errors. If a product's correct price is higher than the listed price, we may, at our discretion, contact you for instructions, cancel the order, or honor the listed price.
  • Applicable sales tax will be calculated and added at checkout where required.

5. Payment

Payment is processed through our third-party payment provider (Shopify Payments and PayPal). By submitting payment information, you authorize us and our processor to charge the total order amount, including taxes and shipping. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. We do not store full payment card numbers.

6. Shipping

Shipping timeframes, costs, and methods are described in our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law. We are not responsible for carrier delays outside our control.

7. Returns and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Refund & Return Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In summary: returns are accepted within 15 days of delivery for unworn, unwashed items with original tags; customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs. 8. Intellectual Property

The Site and its content—including text, graphics, logos, product images, designs, and the "Garderobe" name and brand—are owned by or licensed to Garderobe Clothing LLC and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Site content without our prior written permission, except as needed to use the Site for its intended purpose.

9. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for any unlawful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Site, its servers, or networks;
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or other accounts;
  • Use bots, scrapers, or automated means to access the Site except as permitted;
  • Resell products purchased from the Site without authorization, or place orders we reasonably believe are fraudulent or for resale;
  • Infringe our or any third party's intellectual property or other rights.

We may suspend or terminate access for any violation of these Terms.

10. Disclaimers

THE SITE AND ALL PRODUCTS AND CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OF CERTAIN WARRANTIES, SO SOME EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GARDEROBE CLOTHING LLC AND ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY PRODUCTS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM A PURCHASE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT(S) GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Garderobe Clothing LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the Site.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Kent County, Delaware, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Effective date" above reflects the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Refund & Return Policy, and Shipping Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Garderobe Clothing LLC regarding the Site.
